We distinguish ourselves as the agency to consult before considering engagement with a marketing agency, hiring an in-house marketer or implementing marketing tactics. Our specialized service involves conducting a thorough marketing needs analysis tailored to your firm. This analysis assists in identifying the most effective strategies for your unique needs, helps prioritize your marketing activities, and provides clarity on the expected investment required to achieve your marketing objectives.
A marketing needs assessment is essential for a law firm to strategically allocate resources, identify optimal marketing approaches, and ensure cost-effective achievement of their business development and client acquisition goals. Bottom line - a needs assessment will save you time and money!
Glennie has over 20 years of experience in the Legal Marketing industry, working with a diverse range of law firms from AmLaw 200 to specialized boutiques. She has extensive experience in building business development plans for law firms, practice groups, and individual lawyers as well as devising marketing budgets and determining appropriate marketing spend.
Expect Glennie to spend at least a day at your firm, and possibly more. Typically, she will commence by meeting with firm leadership, including owners, managing partners, firm administrators, and other relevant stakeholders as a group in the morning. In the afternoon, she will engage with select attorneys, key stakeholders, and others, either in groups (such as practice groups and leads) or as individuals.
Your assessment will be completed within two weeks after Glennie's visit to your firm. At that point, she will schedule a meeting with you to walk through the assessment. This assessment will serve as a comprehensive roadmap that you can refer to well into the future. Additionally, Glennie will highlight at least three top priorities to address initially and provide trusted recommendations for professionals to engage for your marketing and business development needs.
Yes, whether it is overseeing a provider or implementing recommendations related to business development (coaching, training, planning, and budgeting), Glennie is available for a fee.
